How we handle your data. Brief, transparent, and in line with the GDPR.
When you make a booking enquiry or use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and town. On confirmed booking we also receive your address and bank details for the deposit and security deposit.
Solely to process your booking, send you the route description and house information, and settle the payment. We do not share data with third parties, except where legally required (for instance, tourist tax to the French municipality).
Booking data is kept for seven years to meet tax-record obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. With your consent, we measure anonymous visitor statistics through an analytics service that does not place tracking cookies and does not store IP addresses. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner.
You have the right to access the data we process about you at any time, and you can request that it be corrected or deleted. To do so, send an email to info@torenbeek.nl.
Your data is held securely on European servers. Communication via this site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
